The first set of designs will arrive within two business days. Turnaround time for subsequent revisions is also two business days. The total time from your order to delivery of the final logo files depends on how many times you request additional revisions. You receive unlimited revisions so the process continues until you are satisfied. On average it is about a week and a half from order to delivery.
We have a very cool client area. When you place your order you will receive a username and password to access the logo files in the client area. You can download them and re-download later, if needed.
We're a small team of hard-working, very experienced designers. All design work is done in-house. We do not outsource design work to other designers or to freelancers. We prefer doing it all ourselves so that we can guarantee original designs of the highest possible quality.
Yes, the copyright is yours. Copyright transfers to you automatically upon finalization of the logo. On request we will also send a copyright transfer certificate to confirm the transfer in writing.
We highly recommend registering your custom logo as a trademark.
The concept designs are only to get the ball rolling. Then we move on to the revisions where we can change any aspect of the logo - and we keep experimenting until you are completely satisfied with the result.
If you really don't like any of the concepts enough to select it as a starting point, we will start over and send you a new batch of concept designs. You of course also have the option of a full refund.
